It is refreshing to watch this classic and I enjoy the story even though it is aimed at children. (Yes I am a child at heart and will never grow up) It is a simple story which shows that in in this day and age when Christmas is so commercial that there is a message we cannot forget. This show was made 40 years ago and it is still a joy to watch and I look forward to watching the simple telling of the meaning of Christmas.
Forget the hype and corporate messages and remember it is about family and appreciatiing what we have in life.
Charles Schlutz will always be a great story teller in my opinon.
