Christmas on the Sunshine Coast

I was invited to spend Christmas with my Friend Joe and his family up on the Sunshine Coast. Joe’s Mom and sisters live near Pender Harbor in Madeira Park. I brought Tara with me and Joe and Mel brought Loki their Boston Terrier puppy while Joe’s mom has her dog Maize and his sister has Oreo (who was the biggest dog but not the most aggresive, he acts like a big puppy.). So it was quite an adventure with 4 dogs together and Loki who is not fixed yet was trying to be “friendly” with the other three. It took a nip on the nose for Loki to realize he could play with the other dogs without having to aggressively sniff at their butts.

We had a nice quiet visit and Tara and I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Good food and good company. The drive home took longer than expected as we had to wait two and half hours for the ferry. One of the pitfalls of requuring a ferry to get around.
