Dear CBC
As a long time viewer of more than 30 years of the CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation), I just had to bring up a point which was making me quite ill. While I am normally impressed with the professionalism and high skill level of your on air personalities and your professional presentation of live events I am extremely dissappointed in Terry Leibel. During the morning telecasts it has been painful to watch as she has stumbled her way through each day. She looks like she is not comfortable and looks to be unprepared and not knowledgable about what she is presenting. This is not normal for CBC and as I have said I am a long time viewer who spends a good part of my television viewing time watching CBC.
While I have enjoyed both Brian Williams and Ron McLean and for that matter all of the presenters from each sport have been good, informative and professional in their presentation. It is just Terry Leibel who has really made the morning shows extremely painful to watch and since this is when most events have been presented “Live” it is during the morning show that I have wanted to watch.
I only hope that in the future when you present such events that Terry Leibel is not the primary host.

While I agree with you that Brian and Ron have been excellent, I really have enjoyed the morning shows with Terry. She brings somthing different to the broadcast, and in my opinion, is more exciting than either Ron or Brian. While the two guys are certianly excellent broadcasters, Terry is as well because she has a diffrenet mode of presenting. She is soooo knowledgable on all sports and has different opinions on Olympic issues than Ron and Brian wich allows the CBC to present a broader telecast. I think CBC made an excellent desicion choosing the three hosts they have, and I hope that the CBC will keep all three on board for 2008.
