		<description>I don't about "Society would be outraged and would call for the law to be very heavy handed with the man."  I use the example of Bountiful, BC and Cardston, AB, both towns in which many people there practice Polygamy.  This involves really old dudes (like 60+ years) marrying really young girls (like 14-16 years old).  I personally think it is outrageous, but nothing has been done in 100 years.  It goes on all the time and not just there (check out Colorado City in the U.S. for example).  And society doesn't seem to want to either enact laws to curb this or enforce the laws that currently prohibit it.  Human Rights watchers are outraged, but there hasn't been a coordinated effort to help these young girls.
