I found an easy recipe for Peanut Butter cookies on the back of the Kraft Peanut Butter jar. As I was in the mood for something different I decided to try a batch. But I went one step further and used Kraft Peanut Butter with Chocolate….what is better than easy Peanut Butter Cookies than Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies. MMMMMM tasty.
The recipe is simple,
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 egg
Mix together and roll into balls on a ungreased baking sheet at 325 for 15 minutes. Do not Overbake.
That is it…yes I know it is not like I need more sugar but I could not resist.
It took about 15 minutes and I was enjoying Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies.
