Take me Back to Simpler Times

I am truly amazed at the amount of stuff you find in the toothpaste aisle at your local supermarket/drug store these days. I was not usually concerned with what toothpaste I used to brush my teeth until several years ago I decided I had to take better care of my teeth so I would not lose them. I found some toothpaste which seemed to work well and did not think put much thought into my choice. My chosen brand was Colgate and I would normally get the plain white base level cavity fighting formula. Recently I noticed that the type I purchase was more expensive than other offerings from Colgate and Crest. This started me on the road to experimenting with different brands and different flavours with little success on finding a reasonable toothpaste that would make my mouth feel fresh and keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. It has gotten to the point where I do not even look at the type or flavour probably to avoid being disappointed. I just use them till they are done and move on to the next one. That is until I opened my most recent test subject of Colgate’s MaxFresh and was not only pleasantly surprised but shocked at how my mouth felt after brushing my teeth. I could almost describe it as a better than sex experience (remember I am saying almost!). The flavour is Kiss Me Mint which is infused with mini breath strips that melt as you brush your teeth. I think I have found a winner and now to make sure I just need someone to help me test if Kiss Me Mint really is that fresh.
