Still Sore

Last Wednesday I had a little mishap and fell which in itself was not so bad. The problem is I put my right hand down to help break my fall. Even though my wrist was sore for a couple of days I procrastinated until today and since I was still in pain I finally went to emergency. Surprisingly got seen by the doctor very quickly and after some prodding and poking and some X-Rays, the verdict a severe sprain and a possible hairline fracture. I have to go back next week for another x-ray to see if the bone is fractured. Meanwhile they put a half cast on my arm so now I am trying to do everything left handed. I am not sure how lefties do it!

    We sure take things for granted until we lose the use of a body part you sure do not appreciate it. Well you have a right and I have a left, together we make a team :-)
